Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, supporting analytics delivery, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements aligned to organizational goals.
  • Support dashboards and reporting using Tableau, Power BI, and/or Looker to visualize KPIs and trends.
  • Coordinate delivery activities across the SDLC, including planning and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Perform analysis using SQL and work with data stored in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Support data integration/automation using ETL concepts and tools such as Talend (or equivalent), plus scripting as needed.
  • Communicate findings clearly through diagrams (Visio) and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent professional experience.
Experience At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a closely related role.
Certification BADS Foundation certification.
Core Skills Requirements elicitation/documentation, SDLC/Agile practices, stakeholder management, and clear written communication.
Data / Tooling SQL proficiency; experience with SQL Server or Oracle; familiarity with Tableau/Power BI/Looker; ETL concepts/tools (Talend or equivalent).
