Role Summary
You will own delivery execution across technical initiatives: planning, milestone tracking, dependency management,
risk control, and stakeholder communications. This role requires strong operating rhythm and clean documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Build delivery plans, milestone timelines, and cross-team coordination routines.
- Maintain RAID and dependency tracking; escalate with clarity and options.
- Run status cadence (weekly/monthly) with transparent reporting and action follow-through.
- Partner with engineering/product to ensure scope is stable and changes are controlled.
- Support release readiness: cutover plans, go/no-go notes, and post-release follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years managing software or technical project delivery.
- Strong stakeholder communications and documentation discipline.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence (or similar) and SDLC artifacts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated or high-visibility environments.
- PMP or equivalent project management credential (preferred).
